Terms of Service

1. Who we are
GoPlanly ("the Service") is provided by Deep Buha, an individual trading as GoPlanly ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Deep Buha. Contact: info@goplanly.com.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract, or have authority to bind the organisation you use GoPlanly for.
3. The Service
GoPlanly helps you plan trips: it generates AI itineraries, shows maps and estimated travel times, and tracks budgets. Plans are offered as Free and Pro, as described on our Pricing page.
4. Your account
Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent or harmful use, and no spam.
- No infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy.
- No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or attempts to bypass usage limits or security.
- No reselling or redistributing the Service.
- No using AI features to create illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, or to try to jailbreak or misuse the AI.
6. AI-generated content
Itineraries, guides, prices, opening hours and travel times are generated or estimated by AI and may be inaccurate or out of date. Items are labelled Verified, Estimated or Unverified. You are responsible for your prompts, for checking details (bookings, opening hours, visas, safety) before relying on them, and for how you use the output. AI output is not professional, legal, medical or safety advice. You keep rights to the content you provide; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We may remove content or restrict features that break these Terms. Rights holders can report infringing content to info@goplanly.com; repeat infringers may lose access.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design, documentation and the GoPlanly brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan.
8. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Pro renews automatically each billing period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) until you cancel in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
9. Service level
We work to keep GoPlanly available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits, data or missed travel), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time in Settings; your trips and data are then permanently deleted.
12. Changes and law
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard by the courts of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
